The present General Sales Conditions apply to all offers, orders, contracts or supplies of sandwich panels, profiled sheets and galvanized profiles provided by FTB – Fábrica da Barca, S.A., to any consumer, industrial or direct marketer, with the exception of what is expressly agreed otherwise between the FTB and the Buyer.
